2005 Recruit Graduation Reception Hosted by the Lafayette Professional Firefighters Association & Hearts of Fire Auxiliary On Friday July 22, 2005 the Lafayette Firefighters Association and the Hearts of Fire Auxiliary hosted a reception for Lafayette's newest firefighters. It was a chance for our families to welcome and meet theirs and it was a great success. Throughout the evening over 60 individual firefighters, family members and friends made their way to our event. Joni Hill coordinated the food and flowers for table decorations while Stephanie Bourg organized an Auxiliary welcome and registration table as well as additional decorations. Camille Trahan, firefighter Shannon Trahan's wife, made a very popular and delicious spinach dip that went fast. Welcome to the family!
